Robin Dearest would like to remind everyone that O’Leary-ous is a non-profit FAN site ran by a FAN. Matt O’Leary has no connection to it whatsoever. Same is true for the Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages. If it says “O'Leary-ous” on it, you can bet it is not Matt.
All graphics on the site are the intellectual property of Robin Dearest, as is the O’Leary-ous name. It is copyrighted by her, and she has the paperwork to prove it. Any slander or misuse could be punishable by law.
Robin Dearest does NOT claim copyright to any images on the photo page. She is currently working on a new photo layout that will hopefully correctly identify the real owners. Please be patient, for it will take a few months to complete. Any image used within a graphic of Robin Dearest’s own design, has been tagged with the proper owner’s name. She hopes this will suffice any legal issues.
