ELEVENTH HOUR was a short lived crime show on CBS lasting for only one season in 2008 to 2009. It premiered on October 9th, 2008. It focused on Special Science Advisor to the FBI Dr. Jacob Hood (Rufus Sewell) and his partner Rachel Young (Marley Shelton).
In episode 1, “Resurrection,” Dr. Hood and Agent Young investigate a case in Seattle in which human cloning is being tried. Finding 19 aborted fetuses with identical DNA leads them to a young woman, Kelly, (Lindsay Pulsipher) impregnated with fetus #20, and a plot possibly funded by a billionaire business man (Michael O’Keefe) who lost his only son years before. Matt plays Bobby, Kelly’s abusive ex-boyfriend and father of her young son.
