NATURAL SELECTION is an indie comedy currently making the rounds on the film festival circuit. Linda White (Rachael Harris) is a barren Christian housewife that discovers her dying husband (John Diehl) had been secretly donating to a sperm bank. She leaves her sheltered life and starts off on a journey to find his eldest biological child, Raymond (Matt O’Leary), and bring him to see her husband before he passes. Linda soon develops an odd relationship with Raymond that teaches her about herself and forces her to come to terms with the past.

Matt plays Raymond, a foul-mouthed ex-con. His performance has been receiving praise from everyone who has seen the film. It is no doubt this will be Matt’s greatest role to date, especially since it earned him the Breakthrough Performance Award at 2011’s SXSW Film Festival. Hopefully NATURAL SELECTION will be going to a wide theatrical release soon.
Matt Screen Time
Currently unknown by Robin Dearest, but he is one of the leads, so probably most of the film.
